Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance will receive a 100% refund.
- Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
