All persons accept the terms and conditions of the refund and cancellation policy when making a booking or appointment, including the cancellation policy.
If the weather does not permit the activity and we are unable to reschedule a session for you, we will provide you with a complete refund.
Group bookings will require a deposit; if you cancel a group booking the deposit is non-refundable.
Upon your activity, Hydro Sports Fiji reserves the right to cancel the session without a refund if you abuse or misuse the equipment, put yourself, our staff, or other persons at risk or danger, and/or are unable to show respect by listening to your instructor and professional trainer during the session.
If you opt to stop the activity early due to fear, insecurity, and/or the like, we are not eligible to give you a refund.
Any alcohol consumed during a jetski tour will result in a boat transfer (at guest expense) to return to base. No person (driver or passenger) is to consume drugs or alcohol during any jetski tour.
Any damage to any equipment is to be paid for direct to Hydro Sports Fiji.
No Glass is permitted on any vessel, at any time, for any reason.
It is an expectation of Hydro Sports Fiji that you have a competent level of swimming ability. We will not issue a refund if you are unable to swim and opt out of the activity session early.
All agent bookings must be accompanied by a voucher and/or receipt for confirmed session.
All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before any activity.
Full payment is required before participation in any activity.

Cancellation notices:
- 72 hours or more: 100% refund
- 24 hours: 50% refund
- 12 hours or No Shows: No refund
You must cancel 72 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund. 24 hours for a 50% refund. 12 hours or under will not receive any refund, and the total amount will be charged. If you do not show up for the booking you will be charged the full amount of the session.
If your booking is cancelled, it becomes null and void – we cannot guarantee another session time, it may only be rescheduled if there is availability.

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to provide our direct transfer service. We are happy to assist in organising transfers for you with our recommended transport providers.

Yes! We, as a team, and our wellness ambassador have completed both CFC and CFC 2.0 certifications. We are 100% vaccinated and have our unique COVID-safe plan for our operations.
Our team endeavours to ensure all aspects of your experience with us are safe, fun, and memorable!
We will continue to wash, soak, and rinse all equipment with detergent and sanitiser before and after each use. We will continue to keep our 2m safe distance where possible and make sure we use our face coverings where necessary *snorkelling exempt!
Whilst we keep ourselves, and you safe, we will also promise to keep our Bula spirit alive!

If you are staying at the resort you are participating at- you can charge the activities back to your room*
If you do not have a room at the resort location, payment methods are Eftpos (3.75% surcharge), Or an online payment link.
**Damage charges cannot be charged back to your room.

For all activities we strongly encourage all guests to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, camera, and water.
Medication should come with you if you require it.
There is storage on the boats, and jetskis for your belongings.
Towels are optional if you desire to bring them or not.
Snorkelling gear is provided on tours where snorkelling is offered within the activity.
Fishing equipment is supplied on the fishing charters.
For boat charters, you may BYO beverages and refreshments- STRICTLY NO GLASS. There is no exception, No Glass is ever permitted due to the safety of our staff, guests, and future guests.
